J.D. Power and Associates ranked 12 rental car companies. Enterprise came out on top, followed by National, Alamo, Hertz and Avis.
The study measured overall customer satisfaction with renting cars at airport locations by examining six factors including price, and the pick-up and drop-off process.
The study also found rental car satisfaction is at its highest level in seven years.
