Prosecutors say on Nov. 16th he took part in four robberies, killed a person during a carjacking, and injured an officer in a shootout.
The teen is being tried as an adult, though he's too young to qualify for the death penalty. A second suspect can face the death penalty if prosecutors pursue it. He did not enter a plea last week.
