Officers responded to a report of a sexual assault in the 500 block of Escuela Avenue at about 9:30 p.m., according to police.
Mario Pinto, 23, of Sunnyvale, along with two 17-year-old boys and a 13-year-old girl were drinking alcoholic beverages together in the home before the alleged assault occurred, police said.
Detectives investigated through the night and ultimately arrested the two 17-year-olds and Pinto on suspicion of sexually assaulting the girl, according to police.
There are no outstanding suspects, but the investigation is ongoing.
