The group Citizens for Tax Justice says it combed through Facebook's tax filings and found the social networking company benefited from deductions for executive stock options and share awards.
It's despite their $1.1 billion in U.S. profits.
The group says Facebook will actually receive $429 million in tax refunds. A Facebook spokesperson declined to comment about the report.
