Sacramento police received two 911 calls from a home there around midnight. When they arrived, they found a boy dead. It appeared he had suffered some sort of blunt force trauma to his head. The victim's father, Phillip Hernandez, is under arrest. Police say the 36-year-old was found walking in a nearby neighborhood.
