Two of those arrested are 19-year-old Travell Council and 18-year-old Eddie Tillman. A third suspect was not named because he is a juvenile.
Authorities say the group used a long-barreled gun in multiple robberies on March 4 and 5.
Police arrested Tillman in the city's Bayview district last month. He was shot after backing into an officer with a stolen BMW.
