Shooting shuts down NB I-880 in Oakland; heavy traffic in area due to Warriors game

OAKLAND, Calif.

The CHP is trying to figure out exactly where the shooting happened. They don't know how long at this point the highway will be closed.

There is a lot of traffic in the area due to Warriors fans exiting the Oracle Arena after tonight's game.
