The Alameda County Sheriff's office has issued a Silver Alert for 77-year-old Teofila Loida Herrera.
No one has seen her since about 9:30 yesterday morning at her home in San Leandro. Herrera may be driving a white 2003 Toyota Camry with the license plate number 5AUA431.
