A dump truck and Ford pick-up truck crashed at Willow Road, spilling fuel on both north and southbound lanes.
The CHP issued a sig alert around 7 a.m. that has since been cancelled.
Investigators say both drivers were taken to Stanford Hospital, but they were not seriously hurt.
