He made an exact replica of KITT -- the talking car from "Knight Rider". A man in Detroit transformed a 1991 Pontiac Trans Am GTA using parts he got off of eBay.
"I have completely transformed it into KITT by changing the fenders, the hood and Knight Rider season 4 nose and a season 1 dash. It's a good running car. Being what it is," said car owner Chris Palmer.
Palmer says it took him three years to create the replica and he searched online for information and specs. He says it was totally worth it.
A video was created by Hagerty, a classic car insurance company, which says it is by far their most popular video on YouTube.
