Jessie Grant, 23, and Caris Warren, 22, have been arrested. Johnny Lozano, 23, was already under arrest in the killing of 19-year-old Kimberly Chico.
Chico was shot August 3 near Third and East San Salvador streets in downtown San Jose.
Police say the shooting was gang-related and Chico was an unintended target who happened to be in a vehicle in the wrong place at the wrong time.
