California's big Powerball mystery has finally been solved. After nearly two weeks, the winner of a $213 million jackpot in Fresno has come forward. Officials say it's Carl Mitchell -- a retired hospital worker from Fresno.

The 68-year old is keeping a very low profile. In fact, officials were forced to cancel a news conference because he didn't want to go on camera. Mitchell bought the ticket from the same Chevron station, with the same numbers he's played for years. His family says he plans to give money to family and his church and buy a house at the Coast.
