The San Francisco group "Thao and the Get Down Stay Down" had a permit from Caltrans to film the video on the new bike and pedestrian path.
However, the CHP had to shut things down because it turned out to be too distracting to drivers, causing a traffic backup.
Still, the group got enough footage to put together their music video.
