VALLEJO, Calif. --
A 2-year-old boy is in critical condition after he fell into the water during a fishing trip with a family friend in Vallejo.The fire department rescued the boy out the water on Saturday at a popular fishing spot near the Solano County Fairground.
Police say the toddler was under water for as long as 10 minutes.
The boy was taken to Kaiser Hospital Vallejo where officials say he has life-threatening injuries.
