Josh Finkelman is suing the league for not providing enough Super Bowl tickets to fans at face value. The New Jersey man claims the NFL only released 1 percent of the tickets to fans -- far short of the 5 percent required by New Jersey state law protecting against consumer fraud.
Finkelman says the practice drove up the cost of his tickets to $4,000 from a reseller.
The NFL says it is in compliance with the law.
