Protestors have complained for more than two years about the closing of the road leading to Martin's Beach. Silicon Valley billionaire Vinod Khosla closed the road when he bought the property.
Legislation from State Senator Jerry Hill would allow the state to buy the road through eminent domain and re-open it.
