They released a surveillance photo from a nearby convenience store of the man they say solicited a 15-year-old girl on North Claremont Street Tuesday around 8:30 a.m.
The girl told police the man appeared drunk and propositioned her in Spanish. She said she told him no and left the area.
Police say he has dark hair, a thick mustache, and was wearing a dark jacket.
