When police finally went in to the house on Ames Avenue, nobody was inside. Police say a woman arrived home around six to find two burglars in the house. She went outside and called police.
Authorities were able to watch the suspects on surveillance footage through the woman's cellphone, but at some point, the footage was cut off. After several attempts to speak with the suspects through a PA system, the SWAT team went in, but found the home empty.
