The winning player, Vinayak Pandit, purchased a $2 California Lucky for Life Scratchers ticket at Victoria Liquors located at 22 S. Park Victoria Drive Thursday, officials said.
Pandit scratched the ticket which unveiled a "LIFE" symbol, earning him $1,000 a week for 25 years, totaling $1.3 million over that span, according to officials.
The owner of Victoria Liquors will also receive a prize for selling the ticket, totaling $6,500, officials said.
The money can be collected weekly or as a lump sum of $750,000 immediately.
In February, another winning lottery ticket was sold in Milpitas. That winning ticket, sold at the Dixon Landing Chevron, won the $425 million Powerball jackpot.
