The company says the person would promote the Aperol spritz. It's a popular Italian aperitif that includes Aperol, sparkling wine, soda water, and an orange twist.
The company is selling it as an alternative to the mimosa.
Aperol says candidates must have insider knowledge of the local brunch scene, be prolific on social media, and have exceptional standards of style and culture.
The CBO will get paid to go to brunch with friends twice every weekend during the summer. All brunches are paid for by the company.
