The man driving a blue SUV was in a real jam when he returned to his car at a Monroeville Mall. He was perpendicular to other parked cars.
He tried to wiggle his way out of the spot, but tapped the SUV behind him a few times. He even got out at one point to look at the dent damage.
He was going to drive away once he finally cleared the spot, but clerks at a nearby store videotaped all of it and called police.
