PHOTOS: New BART train crashes during testing in Hayward

HAYWARD, Calif. (KGO) -- A new BART train crashed into a dirt embankment during testing at Industrial Parkway and Pacific Street in Hayward. A spokesperson said the dirt impact is part of their training process.
