4 arrested after CHP chase ends in Oakland

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Four people are under arrest after leading CHP officers on a wild chase from Berkeley to Oakland.

Officers say it started along I-80 in Berkeley and ended in East Oakland around 3 a.m. Officers say the car's occupants threw narcotics and other evidence out the windows along the way. Authorities say the driver rammed three patrol cars before it was all over.
