Owners selling home for $150 with a catch

It's a two bedroom, 1 bath bungalow.

But, there is a catch. You have to write a 200 word essay convincing the owners, the Wachs family, why you want to move in.

The Wachs say they are doing things differently in the hopes of giving more people a chance to start a new life in a home of their own.
