4 new cases of measles in California

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KGO) -- The California Department of Public Health reports four new cases of measles, as well as new strains of the disease.

There are now 126 confirmed cases of measles in California, since the outbreak started in December 2014. More than half the cases are adults over the age of 20.

In the Bay Area, there have been 16 cases reported.
