6 injured on Navy vessel off San Clemente Island

Six people were injured on a Navy vessel 10 miles off the coast of San Clemente Island Thursday morning, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.

Officials received a distress call at about 2:45 a.m. No further details were immediately released.
