Police arrested a man accused of murdering a woman after going on an online date with her in Seattle, Washington.

Nichole Rock had a bad feeling when her good friend Ingrid Lyne never picked up her kids following a date Friday night.

She left the three girls with their grandparents to go to a Seattle Mariner's baseball game with a man she met online.

The next day, the 40-year-old nurse was found dead. "We are very confident the victim is the one that has been identified in the media," Seattle Police Department Police Chief Kathleen O'Toole said.

Police said her dismembered body parts were dumped in a recycling bin.

Police arrested John Robert Charlton, 37, on suspicion of murder Monday morning in Snohomish County, north of Seattle. He's been booked into jail on investigation of homicide. It wasn't immediately clear if Charlton had an attorney.

Police don't believe there are any other suspects, O'Toole said.

Friends said Lyne met him on a dating site.

After the baseball game, she vanished and left her belongings at home.

A homeowner in Seattle called police at 4 p.m. Saturday after discovering the body parts. Police say the body parts had been packaged in plastic bags and placed in the bin sometime late Friday or on Saturday. The bin had been emptied of recyclables Friday.

Police previously described the remains as fresh. They said they had searched other bins in the area and found nothing of note.

The woman's car was reported stolen, but has since been found parked in downtown Seattle.

Charlton is expected to make his first court appearance on Tuesday.
