Heavy police activity in Oakland after dozens of shots fired

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- There is a heavy police presence in Oakland at Linden and 12th Streets.

There are dozens of markers on the ground indicating shell casings from gunshots.

Police have put up crime scene tape and part of Linden Street is blocked off.
