Suspect accused of stabbing two people in Safeway parking lot

SANTA CLARA, Calif. (KGO) -- Officials are searching for a man accused of stabbing two people in a grocery store parking lot in Santa Clara on Saturday.

Police received a call about a fight in the parking lot of a Safeway on The Alameda Avenue at 4:30 p.m.

When officers arrived, they found two people suffering from stab wounds.

Both victims are expected to survive.

Police describe the suspect as a Hispanic male, roughly 5 feet and 6 inches tall, with a shaved head.

Police say he may have been driving or riding in a silver or brown four-door Honda.
