SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Police have arrested an Uber driver accused of ramming into a bicyclist intentionally in San Francisco on Sunday.
Police say Emerson Decarvalho allegedly hit a bicyclist on North Point and Taylor streets.
Witnesses say the bicyclist yelled at the driver, banged on his window and pushed his mirror in. Then, the driver allegedly rammed into him intentionally.
The bicyclist has a punctured lung, broken ribs and a broken clavicle.
