The Republican National Convention has kicked off in Cleveland at Quicken Loans Arena, also known as "The Q."
"The Q" is the home of the 2016 NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers. 125,000 balloons and 1,000 pounds of confetti have been hung from the ceiling of the arena.
More than 50,000 visitors are expected in Cleveland for the convention, including 15,000 credentialed media personnel.
Monday's celebrity speakers included "Duck Dynasty" star Willie Robertson, former star of "Happy Days" Scott Baio, and soap opera star Antonia Sabato Jr.
