San Mateo police searching for man accused of lewd act

SAN MATEO, Calif. (KGO) -- San Mateo police are trying to find a man accused of exposing himself to three children.

Last month, police say he walked up to children near Cypress Avenue and Delaware Street. He showed them a photo and asked them if they knew the person.

The man is accused of exposing his genitals and trying to get one of the girls to perform a sexual act.

None of the children were hurt.

The man is described as being 5', 6" tall with black hair and dark eyes.
