SAN FRANCISCO -- Police are looking for one suspect who rammed his truck into the Audio Vision store on California near Polk Street in San Francisco early Friday morning.

The burglar struck at 4 a.m. and did more than just steal a few things. He completely damaged the front of the building structure and the small business owners are devastated.

Police say a man in a silver pickup truck backed the vehicle onto the sidewalk and rammed the car into the front of the business.

The suspect was only inside a few minutes and grabbed several high-end electronics.

Randolph Johnson co-owns the business with his friend. He says it's is filled with things like stereo equipment, home theaters, and headphones.

Damage to the building alone is estimated to cost $100,000 to fix.

"It's pretty raw man, I mean, that's my business. My best friend," said Johnson.

"You can see most of the damage behind us and that's probably going to be the most significant cost to the owner. He did have some extensive security here as you can see. He's got a gated window. So the individual that was driving the truck had to back in at least twice to try and get in," said San Francisco Police Captain Greg McEachern.

Police are investigating to see if this is related to six similar burglaries in the city in the past year. They have not made an arrest.

Officers are looking for a 4-door silver pickup with damage to the back. The suspect is only described as a man wearing dark clothing.

The business owners tell me once they can clean up, they will open.
