A United flight had to abort its takeoff, due to what the FAA is calling engine failure.
One passenger shared photos with us. He said the plane veered sharply about five seconds into takeoff.

And he posted a photo of other passengers getting off the plane after the San Francisco Fire Department boarded to investigate.
