Armed robbery in Santa Rosa

SANTA ROSA, CA

Sgt. Lisa Banayat said the robbery happened around 9:30 p.m. at 2600 Corby Ave. The suspects pointed a gun at the clerk, demanded cash and fled. The clerk was not injured, Banayat said.

One of the suspects is a black male in his mid-to-late 20s, approximately 6 feet tall with a goatee. He was wearing a black beanie and white T-shirt, Banayat said.

The second suspect is a black male in his mid 20s, approximately 5 feet 11 inches. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt, Banayat said.

Police are reviewing a surveillance camera in use at the time of the robbery to obtain more information, Banayat said.
