John Harden, of Santa Rosa won an award for film and animation. Jim Corbett, of The Love Choir, Mr. Music Foundation in Sebastopol won for Music Arts, and Robin Beeman, of Occidental, won in the prose category.
Each recipient won $5.000. The artists were nominated in September.
The Sonoma County Artist Awards program recognizes three artists every year: emerging visual artists one year and artists in the performing, music and literary arts the next.
The nominees are limited to artists who live in Sonoma County and are selected by a panel of experts in the field.
