Boot Camp! Personal training on a budget

The Spring edition of Outdoor Boot Camps begin Saturday, March 14 at 10 a.m. The outdoor boot camps will meet every Saturday for four-consecutive weeks (March 14, 21, 28 and April 4). Each session is $20, or $70 for all four sessions.

The workouts include everything from sand resistance training and stair climbing to obstacle and relay courses for total body strengthening. Each session opens with a warm up of jogging or yoga and closes by bringing the heart rate down with core and stretch therapy.

March 14th at Mission Creek Park
Meet at Park's Recreational Building, 301 Channel Street at 4th Street
Two blocks South of King Street, Near Mission Bar and Giants' Stadium
Parking for free on Channel Street
Exercise areas will include large grassy areas, basketball courts, sand volleyball court

Boot Camp 2
March 21st at the Lyon Street Stairs and Presidio
Meet beside the Presidio Social Club Restaurant at 563 Ruger Street. Enter the Presidio through the Lombard Gate and take 1st left onto Ruger
Parking for free on Ruger Street
Exercise areas will include large grassy areas, off-road trails, Lyon Street Stairs

Boot Camp 3
March 28th at Mission Creek Park

Boot Camp 4
April 4th at the Lyon Street Stairs and Presidio
