Marin investor accused of defrauding $28M

The suits are against Samuel "Mouli" Cohen, who until recently lived in Belevedere. The lawsuits say Cohen told Glover and others that their charities would benefit from investments in Cohen's company "E-Cast," which delivers music, games and advertising to bars and nightclubs.

The plaintiffs claim Cohen stashed their money in hidden bank accounts and used it for his family.

Cohen's attorney says his client denies the claims. Public records show Cohen was sued twice before in 2003 and 2004 for similar reasons. Both those suits were settled out of court.
