Gift certificates given to One Warm Coat donors

That's the idea behind a program for the needy called "One Warm Coat."

In San Jose, dozens of people dropped off new or slightly used coats at Santana Row and in exchange, they were given a gift certificate worth as much as $100. Volunteers collected dozens of coats, which will help keep someone warm this winter.
