- 1 lb. Italian prosciutto
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing(olive oil, balsamic vinegar, four seasons)
- 30 Brunos wax peppers
- 4 whole red roasted peppers
- 20 slices Provolone cheese
- 1 Italian roll -- about 6" in length
- 1 Tagliaferri 1/2 lb. homemade meatball (can use substitutes)
- 1/2 pint Tagliaferri homemade meat sauce (can use substitute)
- 3 slices provolone cheese
