History of Jungshin:
Jungshin is a revolutionary fitness system developed by Annika Kahn, 4-time World Grand Champion martial artist and fitness professional. Jungshin incorporates elements of Buddhist martial arts using custom-weighted wooden swords, traditional and plyometric conditioning techniques, martial arts, and core strength training.

    About Annika Kahn:
    Annika Kahn is the creator of JUNGSHIN fitness and KICK-IT. She is a lifelong athlete and 4-time world grand champion in the Korean Art of Kuk Sool Won. With a back ground in mathematics and biotechnology and certified in Boxing, KICK-IT, Kickboxing, TRX, Bosu, and NASM, Annika leverages her physical training skills to help students quiet the mind, revitalize the nervous system, and come into their true elegance and power. Her system is true, cutting-edge, blended, and transformational. She cares deeply about the people she works with and is a mom to a beautiful 8 year old boy.
