Manuel Jovan Arroyo, 21, was located in Oakland Thursday and arrested on suspicion of robbery and homicide in connection with the May 30, 2012, robbery of the Gold N Treasures store at 2550 San Ramon Valley Blvd., police said.
Police believe he is one of four men, one of them armed, who robbed the store.
One of those men, 18-year-old Hayward resident Kibrom Bairu, was shot and killed by someone inside the store during the attempted robbery.
Two other suspects, Hayward resident Krishneel Prasad, 20, and Gregory Lewis, 23, were arrested after the shooting and charged with murder under the state's provocative-act doctrine, under which a crime partner may be held accountable when an accomplice's behavior results in death.
