SALINAS, Calif. (KGO) -- An Amber Alert issued following the abduction of a 3-year-old girl in Salinas early Thursday morning has been canceled after the girl was found safe.
The CHP issued the alert for Jacky Valenzuela for an abduction reported at 5:44 a.m. Jacky was in an unattended vehicle left running that was stolen, according to the CHP.
The CHP broadcast a description of the vehicle, a 2002 light-gold Honda Odyssey with a broken left tail light.
Salinas police then reported later this morning that the girl was found safe and unharmed, CHP officials said. More details about where and when she was found were not immediately available.
