Candidates should have experience working and multitasking in a high-pressure news environment. Strong editorial skills and sharp news judgment is a must. Knowledge of iNews news system and non-linear editing experience are pluses.
This person will coordinate efforts between newsroom and web personnel to assure links, video clips and stories are posted in a timely manner. Key responsibilities will include covering breaking news; working with news producers, managers and the assignment desk to coordinate on-air and online news coverage; and coordinating online video efforts between the news department and the web department.
