She used herself as a "test subject" to create daily fitness routines that could get people outside to challenge themselves physically, while rewarding them mentally. Jennifer has trained and worked with all levels, from elite athletes to total couch potatoes. A fitness and healthy living advocate, she has mountain biked over the Caucus Mountains in the former Soviet Union, run 11 marathons, competed internationally in horse jumping and climbed two mountains.
