Another spill in San Francisco Bay, this time 1,500 gallons of raw sewage from San Quentin Prison. . The State Corrections Department blames it on a sewage pump that failed Thursday morning.
Water quality tests are being performed.
Late last month, two other spills leaked nearly five million gallons of sewage into Richardson Bay, south of San Quentin.
