The athletic shoemaker has already recalled 300,000 bracelets, which were given away with children's shoes last year.

The bracelets were made in China.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission reports a 4-year-old boy from Minneapolis died after swallowing the bracelet's heart-shaped pendant.

The penalty is the largest ever ordered against a business for violating the federal hazardous substances act.
