A vehicle crashed into the center divide of Highway 101 at northbound Interstate Highway 280 and subsequently collided with attenuator barrels by the highway, CHP Officer A. Paulson said.
The No. 2 and 3 southbound lanes were blocked until about 6:40 a.m. and California Department of Transportation officials responded to clear the barrels from the roadway, according to Paulson.
At least one person suffered minor injuries, Paulson said.
A Sig-alert issued at 5:55 a.m. was canceled at 6:42 a.m.
