Overturned big-rig cleared from 101

All lanes of northbound U.S. Highway 101 in San Jose reopened about four hours after a big rig overturned and left two lanes blocked around 4 a.m. today, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The big rig overturned near Blossom Hill Road and left the No. 1 and 2 lanes blocked, CHP Officer Peter Van Eckhardt said.

A Sig-alert issued at about 4 a.m. was canceled around 8:30 a.m.
