The earthquake had a depth of 0.7 miles and was centered 2 miles southeast of The Geysers and 23 miles north of Santa Rosa, the USGS reported.
The Santa Rosa Fire Department did not receive reports of injuries or damages caused by the earthquake, and one firefighter said this morning that he didn't feel the quake.
